A good reflection of the day !
That is my all-time favorite quote.
That is such a wise post Dawn.B
But, I love taking photos through my rear view mirror. :-))
Good advice for sure.
Yes, but reflection is always good.
Nice shot, Dawn.. I try but sometimes I fail and remissness about the good ole dayzz.~:)
Thank you for your kind words. This was a wonderful post for me ro read today. :)
I try to stop doing that as I could end up in a ditch. That is a good reminder to keep my eyes forward. I love your road though.
But it's so pretty back there! Well, the picture. Maybe not life, haha. ;) Have a great weekend!
Very cool shot and comment! The past is past and no longer matters and the future is uncertain...all we have is this very moment. Keep running!
I so love the road going off in the distance. Looks like a good one to run...
Yep, I so often find myself looking through the side mirror.. and then surprisingly find myself flat on my face when I wasn't looking where I was going.
So very nice to "meet" you, Dawn. Love your photography. The measuring spoons can be found on google - just type in "zinc mini-measuring spoons." Good Luck!
That's a fabulous quote for heading into a new year..
I don't know, Dawn. Out where you live, the views in the side mirrors are pretty nice!
Just remember to enjoy the beauty and ignore the bugs.
"objects in the mirror are closer then they appear"!!
LoL! yes yes! I want to thank you for using my Barn Charm badge in your sidebar... love the advertising! heheheee =)
i saw this link in your 'link within' gadget so i clicked over & read the post... what happened to 'this old house?' http://dawn-dancingintherain.blogspot.com/2011/05/this-old-house.html
It's hard to get anywhere if you only look in the rear view window!
well said Dawn...
Boy Dawn, isn't that the truth...thanks for the reminder!
Great thought and photo
Cool picture Dawn! Objects in mirror may appear larger than they are as well.
Funny I was thinking something similar today. Great shot.
Very true but it doesn't hurt to reflect from time to time. Periodic glances, at least. :)
Your part of the Country is so pretty!
great lines and a perfect mirror shot!
A nice reflective thought.
Great shot of the scenery through the side mirror, but I'm sure we'd all see more by looking straight ahead!
A quote so beautiful and true!
There is a tale of an Italian race car driver who once removed his rear-view mirror because he was all about looking ahead to the future. Loved this post, Dawn! :)
That's fantastic, Dawn! Very nice!
Had to stop by from your moms blog and wish you a Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday!!!!!!!! :)lots of love.
Great advice! Today is the only day we can do anything about.
