My Escape

This is the road I get to bike and run on.

Mornings are amazing.
My favorite time of day.

When I`m on here I want to bike or run for as long as the road goes on.
I really never want to go home.

Today I felt like running...or rather- biking away.

But I didn`t.

Not today.

Wow that is absolutely stunning!! I hope I live near a place one day where I can run on roads like those. With a view like that, it would be hard to grow tired of it!

Oh do I have those days too - but i just want to walk and walk and walk on our roads and never come back - but I don't.

Your countryside looks so similar to mine.

but you have gravel on your roads :)

The pictures of the field in these bright bright colors could be a Van Gogh painting! Your little corner in the wide wide world is BEAUTIFUL, Dawn.
And no feelings of guilt, you will do your happy biking away another day :D

Your pictures make me wish I could say "Beam me up, Dawn." I would love to take a walk with that view.

Nice blog , I had fun looking out over a different prairie. Are you still shooting phone shots or did you get a camera? I use all Sony electronics, they always have something new I need. One camera i have shot over 15,000 shots in 5 years, so I get a lot of good out of them.Stop on back.

Beautiful photos. I just followed you over here from Journey Through Grace - so glad I did! Love your blog. I'm in the prairies, too - the photos look familiar :o)

I'm new to your blog but wanted to tell you that I truly enjoyed the shadow picture of you on the bike. I, too, live for my children and have just started to realize the importance of taking time for me. It's so hard to do.
