Hanging from my window~

Hanging lazily out my window one morning,
(I felt no desire to pull on boots, coat, hat ~ just to freeze fingers)
I clicked away at the frost which had settled around the house.

The leaves playing the Waiting Game have succumbed to the season.
(I never thought I would use the word "succumbed", but these have;)

And I think they have done so quite gracefully.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
Enjoy every moment....hanging out windows or otherwise!

(And try not to succumb to the craziness of the season)
;D

Quiet and peaceful images today, Dawn. It looks cold up there. I type from my lanai in Florida, where it will be 80 degrees this afternoon. We all make choices, don't we?

Enjoy your weekend!

Your frosty leaves look exactly like my frosty leaves... but I haven't taken any gorgeous photos of mine as you have! These are lovely, as are your words.

Excellent shots Dawn! I like that word, succumb. Maybe that will be my word of the day, it could come in handy while I'm writing my test... then I'll slowly walk away from the university, from this classroom for the very last time, and I'll succumb to my desire and do a wee little happy dance! :-)

Have a fantastic day!

Great pictures Dawn! Efficient use of time just hanging out the window vs. getting bundled up :-).

Smiling to imagine you hanging out your window to get those shots.

See, all it takes is the right accessories and even old and wrinkled can look good.

Brrrr looks cold to me and sort of sad with the leaves all shriveled up and covered in frost. Think taking pictures out of you window was the smartest thing of all.

You will remember that I like to hang out my roof and drink wine! :) We are kindred spirits, indeed!

Well, I do hope your snow arrives soon so that it feels like a "proper" December! I was like a kid with a new toy this morning snapping merrily away at the freshly-fallen snow!

No seasonal craziness here. We have frosty mornings, snow in the surrounding mountains, but nothing here. Just a wintry, beige, and sort of desolate landscape to look at and photograph. Your pictures are as always gorgeous.

Dressed in ice crystals, the dried leaves have curled gracefully into the arms of winter.
