Looks like a renovator's delight - coat of paint and a new porch. We had one and a tree snake took up residence!

I'll take it. Just kidding! I love the photo of the house set in front of all the beautiful birch tree.. It will make some little happy bird family welcome for sure.

Ha! I had this nightmare last night that we moved into a house up in the Franches Montagnes far away from all my friends in an area I don't even like! And here there's a tiny house just for me... much more my style. Sign me up!

Birds are my favorite part of spring! They always make me smile.
p.s. We are driving to Atlanta. It's only 4-5 hours away. Just being on the road always makes me nervous. Plus, last time I was in Atlanta, our vehicle got broken into sitting right in front of the police station! Bad memories. Wish me luck.

Ours were all chirping when I took the pups out at 6:30 this morning. It's one of the perks of spring being 'almost' here.

I have wanted to get some wren houses up soon. I made bluebird houses and put them all over last year.

Sweet! I've seen a few birds hanging around, but I can't wait for SPRING!

Can you finish painting the outside... or are you a slum lord? (Just kidding). I love the birch woods, we're just on the edge of it, 100 miles north and you are truly into the northwoods.

Aww. I love it! What a happy green little home.

I like your birdhouse. I have a bat house. Maybe I need to give it a little coat of paint to make it look more homey. I never get close enough to see if anyone lives there. :)

Another big smile! Love it. Anyone would be lucky to live there. :)

What a sweet little house and I love the green contrast with the snow.

if I were a bird, I would want to live there! We have a birdhouse in our back yard and every spring, there are babies!

Reminds me of my first apartment - minus the bird bath. :-)

By the sounds of this, you should be a copy writer for a real estate agency ! ;-)

Lovely description - good thing birds aren't all that fussy - as long as you get the size of the opening right !

Nice shots!
I like that green color.

Darn and I just had my wings clipped! I would chirp all day for a place like that.

Too cute! Looks like a house that will be a home soon.

Nice post, Dawn. It is interesting that the landlord of this house just splashed some paint on the front and didn't paint it all. Very artistic.

Dawn,
That is precious...my question is; are there any cats that might cause mischief for my family? :)
I hope you are enjoying your weekend...

Haha! So what is the asking price (as in how many twittering, tweeting, chirping, cheeping, peeping, squeaking, or singing a day???

Thanks!

Good morning Dawn! This is my first time visiting your blog, and I'm alread in love with it.
I am a Brazilian living in Connecticut, and I can't wait for the Spring to come, and with it, all the little birds.
Have a wonderful week.
