Weighed Down

Life can be Full of Beautiful things...

(~Flora's Chair~)

Sometimes life can be so full....
and even though it's full of everything beautiful,
it can tend to weigh one down.

(Hoping to get around to all of you soon....once I can "upright" myself;)

That is a very pretty picture. I hope you feel "upright." Soon.

I think she needs some reinforcements before she breaks down! ;-)

I agree with TexWisGirl. You always amaze me with your ability to do that. Are you sick?? Hope you're up and about soon!

With my luck, I'd prolly walk out there at night and try to sit in that thang.

sometimes summer is just too much, trying to get everything in, it's exhausting!!

i told the hubs the other day i could use a good blizzard. i would like to be snowed in, have him all to myself for a day or so and cook comfort food!! no where to go, nothing to do but watch movies & eat!!

Take your time, Dawn. With your triathlon and kids and the rest of life, you must be exhausted.

Get yourself out on your front deck with a cold one and unplug for half an hour. Now I can tell you're not a fan of beer - :-) - but I promise it will make you feel less weighed down!

your photo and words are absolutely perfect. too many of us fill our summer with activities because once winter hits, we have the weight of snow to contend with. ;o)

Hang in there! At least you are able to get your workouts in through all the craziness. Can't wait to hear about the 10k with your son coming up soon.

Dear Dawn life is to short to worry about everything so don't worry about us we will be waiting for your return. Take care of things and then rest and enjoy your life.
I think Alan's comment is funny it may work I don't know. It seems to work for him. I hope you are out from under soon.
I love the way you word your life challenges for us. Very clever. Take care my friend. B

Dawn if there's that old saying "If it's not broken don't fix it", in this case I'd say replace it! Sometimes a change is as good as a rest.

Hope you're back up to your usual self in no time at all, might I suggest the Serenity Prayer and keep on putting one foot in front of the other, unless that is you can put both feet up and take a bit of a break, some good old "me" time.
