I think I overhead their discussion. Momma bird was quite angry. She said, and I quote, "If I hear another peep out of you!"

The kid bird said "Peep!" and flew away.

I think he was telling her about some new moves he'd been working on, and then demonstrated them. She obviously wasn't impressed.

That poor guy is just trying to get someone. I have one sparrow who had flitted around my different houses around the yard in hopes of a mate, but just can't get the right tune out for them.I was in shorts 2 days ago(rub it in) while i was out in Oregon for a couple days.

Had a hawk visit my back yard and lost a few birds too...I know it is nature but that doesn't mean I like it.
