morning chores....

(Definition of Chore:  An unpleasant or burdensome task.)

~Nothing "chore-ish" about this time of day.
It is simply....
the best part of the day.~

What cool shots Dawn, I love how the light illuminates the snow. So do tell, was this an all nighter or an early morning? I LOVE mornings, especially on the farm with the birds chirping and the sun slowly rising... me sitting in the hot tub, common spring get here already! lol

Enjoy your Sunday!

sadly;)....it was a very early SPRING morning. THIS Saturday morning to be exact. (Common spring has forgotten us Albertans...but the hot tub would be lovely.I'm coming over:)

oooh, looks so cosy and welcoming!
we're just having the first 'proper' spring days in the north east uk now, there is actually a bit of warmth accompanying the sunshine - for a change!

What eerily cool photos, looking inwards to a ski? room. And the light through the snow. It seems another world.

I like mornings too. A fresh beginning. :)

It's beautiful, but that ice/snow shelf looks a bit dangerous! Love your sweet dog at the barnside - just waiting.

Wow,
you all still have A LOT of snow! Now I'm feeling spoiled as we've had temps in the 60's during the day. I see it doesn't stop you (the snow run!)
OMG, that Emerald Lake is GORGEOUS... Yoho Ntl Park has got to go on my list! What a full life you lead!

Dawn,
I agree....I love the morning when it's still dark and all seems quiet and well with the world :) However, it is very cold there I see; brrr! I know it is nothing to you, but we'd had 80's and now it's back in the 50's and that's not nice. I feel gypped :)
Have a great week Dawn!

Your pictures are awesome but I shivered involuntarily when I looked at them.
