Is that just snow, glittering like diamonds?

Such a nice place. I really like your field of diamonds. :)

Now THAT'S amazing! I love when the snow turns into diamonds. Everything is melted here, and I think we skipped that phase. Thanks for sharing yours. :)

Stunning photography Dawn...phew...it looks cold. LOL! We are sweltering in a 32 degree Celsius heat today...so different from the Northern Hemisphere.

Oh so beautiful. Those diamonds are so difficult to capture well with a camera. You did a fine job of sharing your treasures.

Oh what stunning photos!
You live in such a beautiful country. We've visited Ontario a few times, and Vancouver once. I'll never forget the wonderful flight from Ontario to Vancouver. As the Americans would say, It was 'awesome'!

My dream is to cross your country - hubby and I - coast to coast. Well, a woman can dream, can't she!

Great shots, Dawn! And I like your take on each one - very nice!

I love how light reflects on snow and creates "diamonds." Moonlight is very good at creating this effect.

I find it's rather exciting to take a different path -- you are guaranteed to see something you've never seen before. :)

So great to take a new path! Your photos make winter look enjoyable, even when I'm dreaming of spring :)

Wonderful photos Dawn, it's looking like you're getting sunshine finally! I love our weather today, it's about -7 right now and I'm just hoping that we don't go back down into the freezing cold temps. Enough of that already... I don't even want to check the weather lately, I don't want to be disappointed if I see any more of that -25 nonsense!

The field of diamonds is so pretty, awesome capture. Have a great day!
