outdoor artwork

{My daughter was out with her horses and caught this on her camera.
When she cropped the photo it stood out like a painting.}

One of Nature's Art Works.

~~~~~~~~
{And then, the other morning my son took his camera to shoot all the "fuzzy trees". I'm extremely tired of the snow, but when it's grabbed up by branches like these- I don't mind it so much.}
Those are beautiful! Congrats to both of your photographers! I love the pine cone clusters and that lovely little redpoll sitting among them! And the snow on pines - nothing better!
Your kids took some great shots, Dawn! That tree is so loaded with cones. Nice capture of the bird. The snow does look pretty, but I've had enough of it for one year.
Beautiful. Even more so when I click to enlarge them. I love the term "fuzzy trees!"
That's awesome that your kids are out photographing! I got my 1st camera when I was about 10, and it has been a constant companion ever since. (Which reminds me I DO need to get out & use it- it's been awhile!)
Great shots!
beautiful pictures! I still love snow and thoroughly enjoyed our one week of it! Personally I wish it would snow more here in Alabama but my husband can't work very comfortably in it!
Very nice shots. When you direct kids toward your hobbies it becomes tough to not buy them equipment when you get some for yourself. I ran into that when mine were younger.
The bird looks like a Christmas ornament on a tree with lots of pine cone decorations.
You have instilled greatness in you kids....
Beautiful shots, your children are to be commended Dawn. :-) It's amazing when there's blue skies behind the snow how perspective can change, I love seeing the white and the blue vs. the gray and white, that can be so depressing after 5 months of it!
Have a fantastic Sunday!
So - Photography 101 (or maybe by now 301) was in the home school curriculum ! Bet you can't find that in the public curriculum. I'd say they both passed it with flying colours ! Lovely shots !!
Congrats to Molly and Corben !
