I try to stop doing that as I could end up in a ditch. That is a good reminder to keep my eyes forward. I love your road though.

But it's so pretty back there! Well, the picture. Maybe not life, haha. ;) Have a great weekend!

Very cool shot and comment! The past is past and no longer matters and the future is uncertain...all we have is this very moment.

Keep running!

I so love the road going off in the distance. Looks like a good one to run...

Yep, I so often find myself looking through the side mirror.. and then surprisingly find myself flat on my face when I wasn't looking where I was going.

So very nice to "meet" you, Dawn. Love your photography.

The measuring spoons can be found on google - just type in "zinc mini-measuring spoons." Good Luck!

I don't know, Dawn. Out where you live, the views in the side mirrors are pretty nice!

Just remember to enjoy the beauty and ignore the bugs.

Cool picture Dawn! Objects in mirror may appear larger than they are as well.

Funny I was thinking something similar today. Great shot.

Very true but it doesn't hurt to reflect from time to time. Periodic glances, at least. :)

Great shot of the scenery through the side mirror, but I'm sure we'd all see more by looking straight ahead!

A quote so beautiful and true!

There is a tale of an Italian race car driver who once removed his rear-view mirror because he was all about looking ahead to the future. Loved this post, Dawn! :)
